N°198. 1990. CEB-FIP Model Code 1990 - First Draft, Addendum.

The latest material of the Draft Model Code 90 was re-typed and published in Bulletin 195/196 rather urgently in order to give National Delegations the maximum possible Lime for its examination and corresponding comments, before the Paris' Plenary Session. 

Thus, the plenum of The Committee for MC90 was not given the opportunity to re-examine the entire document after its last hasty editing. Such an occasion was offered during the last meeting of CMC90 in Munich (March 1990). The present document contains several addenda generated during and just after that meeting. Moreover, National Delegations received a first draft of this document in May and were kindly requested to take account of it together with Bulletin 195/196. Thus, it was hoped that eventual corrections and/or improvements already included in that first draft of the Addendum would not have to be repeated in national comments.
