N° 136.1980. CEB Manual Design - Structural Effects of Time Dependent Behaviour of Concrete (Final Draft)

In the CEB-FIP 1978 Model Code the analysis of the structural effects of time-dependent behaviour of concrete is dealt with in the Annexe e. 

The scope of this Design Manual, in agreement with the basic guidelines of this CEB·FIP series of publications, is to explain how the computational approaches presented in Annexe may be conveniently applied to the different categories of problems which are encountered in practice.
