N°189. 1988. CEB-FIP Model Code 1990 - Supplementary Documents for the 1st Pre-draft.

This is a collection of supporting documents re lated to CEB Bulletin 190 "CEB-FIP MODEL CODE 199 0-First Predraft 1988 ": 

a) Justification Notes on some of the options retained for the proposals for MC90 are included here . Unfortunately , many ether justifying texts are still missing ; it is hoped that , following previous CEB decisions , every modification and or completion of the MC78 will be supported by such detailed explanations .

b) Same alternative proposals for relevant MC90 clauses are also included in this Bulletin . Here again, some ether proposals were not ready (in a written form ) at the moment of this publication . 

c) Same internal discussion texts of the Commission of MC90 are also presented in this document ; these texts may present a more general interest for future code writing activities .
