1974. Recommendations for the Approval, Supply and Acceptance of Steels for Prestressing Tendons
The FIP Commission on Steel for Prestressing introduces, in this booklet, recommendations for the approval and testing of prestressing steels. As prestressing steels are transported from one country to another, either as such or incorporated in prefabricated prestressed concrete elements, internationally accepted schemes for approval, quality control, and uniform test methods are necessary. These recommendations aim to be a first step towards internationally accepted practice.
