At the CEB Plenary Session in Vienna in September 1991, where the final draft of the CEB-FIP Model Code 1990 was presented, a special session concerning prestressing was organised. Because this subject is of great importance and often gives rise to contradictory discussions among engineers, it was considered useful to invite the three speakers to prepare written versions of their contributions afterwards and to publish them in this Bulletin d’Information.
