At the CEB Plenary Session in Vienna in September 91, where the final draft of the CEBFIP Model Code 1990 was presented, a special session concerning prestressing was organised. Because that subject is of great importance and ·Often produces contradictory discussions among engineers, it appeared useful to ask the three invited speakers to present their contributions afterwards in written form and to publish them in this Bulletin d'lnformation.
